Online Women Cirlce; Mothers
Join us for an 8 week online gathering of mothers
Only mothers can understand mothers
Imagine spending eight weeks in the company of a group of women who truly understand the unique challenges of motherhood. Find yourself in a supportive circle where your emotions are not only acknowledged but embraced, and where moments of shared laughter brings acceptance and connection.
Each week, we will gather virtually for an hour and a half, creating a safe space to share the realities of being a mother—and a woman, those everyday experiences that often go unnoticed.
We intentionally begin before the holiday season, with our final meeting in January, recognizing the additional stress this time of year can bring. In this space, like-minded mothers come together to offer mutual support and understanding, helping one another navigate this demanding season with care and compassion.

Meet Natalie
Mother of 2, a two and a three year old. Natalie has experienced all challenges of becoming a mother.
From the fear of traumatising her children, to changes in relationship with husband, to all the insecurities and struggles with societies demand as a mother, and working woman
Why?
Throughout history, women have gathered in circles, often around fires, to support one another in life's most significant moments. These gatherings symbolize a deep connection, where wisdom is shared, emotions are nurtured, and communal strength is found. In motherhood, for example, women have passed down knowledge about childbirth, child-rearing, and family care in these spaces. These circles have always been a sanctuary, offering emotional and practical support, reinforcing a sense of belonging and sisterhood. In modern times, women's circles continue to provide a space for empowerment, healing, and mutual growth, honoring ancient traditions of shared wisdom and solidarity.
Becoming a mother is a rite of passage, one that our culture unfortunately does not recognise any longer. Rachelle has been working with rites of passages and recognised the need for women to come together and heal, laugh, share and empower each other.
As Natalie is a mother herself, and many of Rachelle her clients have the same struggles, they decided to launch this 8 week online program.
Meet Rachelle
Being Natalie’s sister and God parent of her son, she has closely experienced the changes for Natalie as a women., and the beauty, as well as the struggle of transition into becoming a mother.
Rachelle works as a trauma informed coach, and has many mother clients, all experiencing the same stuggles, and have the same needs. She will be supporting the circles as a coach.
